Job Description:
As such Direct Medics are working in partnership with an NHS Trust to find an experienced and dedicated Mental Health Practitioner who will be based in the Fleetwood area of Lancashire providing a comprehensive specialist service in Community Mental Health.
Locum roles with Direct Medics are a great way of enhancing your earning potential as well as working with some of the most professional and successful mental health teams in the country. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate with experience of Mental Health services and would also suit a registered mental health nurse. Ideal candidate will cover duty role and assessments with CMHT & provide nurse leadership within the multidisciplinary team and ensure the effective assessment formulation planning monitoring of care given to service users.
This role is ideally full time hours (MondayFriday 9am5pm) with a duration of 2 months initially.
Essential Requirements
Registered Mental Health Nurse Degree/Diploma with ongoing NMC registration
Knowledge and practice of the Mental Capacity Act 2005
Experienced in acting as a mentor/assessor of student staff
Previous UK experience working with a caseload of patients with complex mental health difficulties.
Full UK Drivers License and Access to a Car
