About the Role

Were looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Account Executive to join our sales team and support our growth in the Danish market. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop their skills build client relationships and gain experience in a dynamic fintech environment.

In this role youll focus on managing warm leads provided by our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) guiding prospects through the sales process and helping them become longterm AltaPay customers.

Your Mission

As part of our Business Development team your mission is to qualify leads understand customer needs and support the sales process through to contract signing. Youll play an important role in our commercial success while gaining valuable training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Followup: Engage with warm leads handed over by our SDR team.
  • Client Discovery: Conduct calls to understand client needs and communicate how AltaPay can support their business.
  • Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals and participating in contract discussions with the support of senior colleagues.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep your sales pipeline uptodate in HubSpot ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior sales and product teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are aligned.
  • Professional Development: Take part in ongoing training and coaching to continually improve your skills and knowledge.

Who You Are

  • You have some experience in sales customer service or another clientfacing role internships retail or inside sales all count.
  • Youre eager to learn resultsoriented and comfortable engaging with potential clients over phone and email.
  • Youre fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken.
  • Youre organized detailfocused and able to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • You have experience using HubSpot or are comfortable learning new digital tools.

Bonus Points

  • Exposure to B2B sales fintech or payments.
  • Familiarity with the retail or eCommerce sectors.
  • Strong interest in technology and digital solutions.
