Job Description
Inhouse therapy team smaller daily caseloads with emphasis on optimizing time with patients program growth and support! Chandler Therapy and Living Center provides short and longterm nursing and rehabilitation services to the senior population in our community. Occupational Therapists Job Responsibilities: Helps residents by providing rehabilitative and skilled therapy maintenance services to persons with mental physical psychosocial or developmental impairments. Maintains expected productivity/efficiency set by the Director of Rehab or Administrator. Maintains accurate and timely patients occupational therapy records by recording resident s progress and daily notes under federal state and insurance guidelines. Records accurate billing information of occupational therapy services rendered. Maintains safe secure and healthy work environment by following facility guidelines and procedures. Helps keep therapy equipment operating by following operating instructions troubleshooting breakdowns maintaining supplies performing preventive maintenance and calling for repairs as needed. Serves and protects occupational therapy practice by adhering to professional standards policies and procedures federal state and local requirements. Enhances occupational therapy practice reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Education Experience and Licensing Requirements: Current Oklahoma licensure as an OTR/L required New grads welcome to apply!
