Job Description
Apparel Graphic Designer (FullTime)
Remote Time Zone Overlap: 4 6 hours with CST
Our client is a fastgrowing apparel design company focused on delivering custom highquality designs for sororities events and creative apparel projects. We pride ourselves on our creative standards organizational flow and teamoriented design process.
We re looking to bring on a highly organized selfdriven entry to midlevel Apparel Graphic Designer with a proven track record of producing results and meeting deadlines. This is a deadlinedriven role that requires grit integrity and a strong sense of ownership. If you re hungry to grow open to feedback and can juggle competing priorities with grace and structure we want to hear from you.
- Create productionready apparel designs based on client briefs and internal direction
- Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce polished vector and raster artwork
- Interpret feedback and iterate quickly with a professional solutionsfirst attitude
- Collaborate with the Art Director and crossfunctional teams especially across CST time zones
- Manage design files maintain version control and consistently meet timelines
- Participate in internal reviews and contribute thoughtfully to teamwide design improvements
MustHave Experience
- 2 years of experience in apparel or merchandise design (tshirt experience strongly preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong skills in both vector and rasterbased design
- A portfolio showcasing apparel or merchandise work
- Experience working with and implementing feedback professionally
- Extremely organized and structured in managing workload and files
- Hungry to learn grow and take ownership of your work
- A doer with strong followthrough you keep your word and meet your deadlines
- Thrives in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment with competing priorities
- Open to critiques coachable and quick to adapt feedback into improvements
- Has grit and drive shows resilience and a solutionsoriented mindset
- Honest reliable and a strong culture fit who communicates clearly and respectfully
- Brings a strong design eye illustration skills are a plus but design fundamentals come first
- Must be able to overlap 4 6 hours with CST (US Central Time)
- Must have a reliable internet connection and strong remote communication habits
- Prior remote work experience is a plus
