Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Global Command Center Operator to join our international operations team. This critical role is part of the Global Command Center responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of batch processes and system alerts within a 24/7 monitored environment.
As a key player in our IT production ecosystem you will ensure stability and incident response in realtime applying predefined procedures to manage and escalate errors or alerts.
Tasks
- Monitor batch executions and manage errors based on standard procedures.
- Track and analyze alerts from monitoring tools.
- Escalate issues when necessary and maintain communication with internal IT teams.
- Apply internal guidelines and follow escalation workflows accurately.
- Work closely with other IT production teams across multiple locations.
This is a shiftbased position to ensure 24/7 coverage (2 out of 3 shifts covered by the local team; 1 handled by Singapore).
Proposed shifts:
- Shift 1: 08:00 AM 04:00 PM
- Shift 2: 04:00 PM 12:00 AM
Final schedule to be aligned based on local constraints.

Requirements
- Seniority Level: Senior
- Proven experience in IT production or operations environments.
- Basic LINUX/Unix skills: navigating directories reading logs etc.
- Ability to follow technical runbooks and incident procedures.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
