Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Manager to lead and oversee our HVAC operations. This is a key leadership role with responsibilities in managing daily operations supervising team members and ensuring topnotch customer service.
Salary: $75000 $80000 annually.
Location: Company in Deerfield Beach.
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Manage and schedule daily maintenance and service for HVAC technicians.
- Hire train and evaluate team members including hiring and terminating staff as necessary.
- Oversee the permitting process ensuring all permits are properly closed.
- Inspect HVAC installations for quality and compliance.
- Write proposals and provide accurate quotes for HVAC equipment and services.
- Assist with sales of HVAC equipment and services to meet customer needs.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Maintain inventory and oversee supply orders to meet project requirements.
- Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the HVAC industry including technical knowledge of systems and equipment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to write professional proposals and sales agreements.
- Knowledge of permitting and compliance regulations.
- Valid drivers license.
