Job Title: Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in graphic design preferably within IT companies and must possess a strong graphic designing certificate. You will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs for internal and clientfacing projects. This is a hybrid role in Pune that requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing designs for web print and digital media based on project requirements.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing development and product teams to produce highquality designs.

Develop design concepts prototypes and layouts for presentations websites and social media.

Ensure designs align with branding guidelines and deliverables are of the highest quality.

Maintain consistency across design elements for both internal and client projects.

Take feedback from stakeholders and implement revisions to meet project goals.

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.

Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends tools and technologies.

Provide design insights and recommendations for future projects.
Required Skills & Competencies:

3 years of experience in graphic designing within IT companies.

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign etc.).

Must possess a Graphic Design Certificate from a recognized institution.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Familiarity with UI/UX design principles is a plus.

Understanding of web design and familiarity with design systems.

Relocation exposure and the ability to work hybrid in Pune.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.

Graphic Design Certification is a must.
