Their mission is to develop and manage highperforming customerfocused shopping destinations that bring value to both visitors and tenants.
The company is currently looking for a Marketing Manager to lead integrated marketing efforts across two wellestablished retail destinations in the region both playing a key role in local consumer engagement. This position offers a rare opportunity to shape performance across distinct shopping formats with different rhythms profiles and customer dynamics.
Shopping Center Marketing Manager
Location: Sibiu Romania officebased (multisite role)

Key Scope of Activities Will Include (but Are Not Restricted To):
- Retail & Visitor Engagement: Develop and implement localized strategies to increase footfall optimize dwell time and improve overall customer experience driving measurable tenant success.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Plan execute and evaluate multichannel marketing campaigns (inmall digital OOH PR) in line with commercial goals and shopper behavior.
- Annual Events Calendar Management: Build and coordinate the marketing and events calendar across both properties ensuring strong execution brand alignment and postevent analysis.
- Tenant Collaboration: Work closely with tenants on joint marketing activations and ensure alignment between centerwide campaigns and individual store promotions.
- ShortTerm Leasing & Activations: Manage the commercial process around shortterm activations and promotional spaces from drafting contracts to logistical implementation.
- Budgeting & ROI Monitoring: Oversee marketing income and expenditure manage budgets and track performance metrics ensuring accountability and marketing impact.
- Agency & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external agencies service providers and internal teams to ensure brand consistency smooth operations and campaign excellence.
- Consumer Trends & Market Insights: Keep a close eye on retail trends market benchmarks and shopper insights to inform strategy and ensure continued relevance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in Marketing Communications Commerce or a related B2C field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing sales or B2C commerce;
- Prior exposure to retail marketing shopping centers or commercial campaigns is a strong asset;
- Open to seniorlevel B2C marketers with proven experience in managing campaigns and willingness to learn the retail property sector.
- Key Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate and deliver complex projects involving multiple stakeholders;
- Familiarity with consumer dynamics in Sibiu or surrounding areas is a plus;
- Excellent planning execution and stakeholder communication skills;
- Comfortable with setting and tracking KPIs working analytically and reporting results;
- Handson organized and adaptable mindset;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Word);
- Native Romanian fluent in English (written and spoken).
