You speak Dutch/Flemish and you are a Technology addict We are recruiting Dutch/Flemish speakers Talent to Order Support Specialist in Portugal !!
Your working day :
- Backoffice role.
- Handling Inbound Calls from customers replying to a callback request that we have sent to them is mandatory.
- Specialists perform Outbound Calls whenever applicable to clarify further information with customers.
What you need to know to have a chance of getting this job :
- Fluent in Dutch/Flemish with good level in English
- Customer Service experience
- Great communication
- Valid Work Permit in Portugal
You will benefit :
- REMOTE POSITION
- 12month renewable contract
- Initial training during 2 weeks
- Work schedule : Monday to Sunday between 7am to Midnight // 8h per day with 2 days off per week // Rotating shift
