Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule
- MondayFriday. 8:30pm5pm (8:30 PM to 5:00 AM PHT) (includes 30 min unpaid break) EST
Responsibilities:
- Manage medical records and ensure they are uptodate and accurate
- Handle insurance authorizations for patient treatments
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient messages promptly
- Conduct new patient intake processes
- Schedule appointments and follow up with leads
- Assist with checkin and checkout procedures as needed
- Utilize RingCentral for communication tasks
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Experience in customer service preferably in a healthcare setting
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and medical software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and recordkeeping skills
- HIPAA compliance knowledge is a plus
