Profile Requirements:

  • Experience in Design Retail or Lifestyle Brands: Minimum 2.55 years of experience managing social media in luxury interiors architecture or highend retail sectors; showroom or productfocused experience preferred.
  • Creative and Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite CapCut Final Cut Pro) with an ability to produce refined brandaligned creative assets.
  • Lead Gen & Campaign Execution: Proven experience executing lead generation campaigns and paid ad strategies tailored for brand engagement and sales conversion particularly with strategies that drive showroom traffic in the US and Canadian markets.
  • Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to interpret performance metrics identify key takeaways and proactively pivot strategy to improve outcomes.
  • Independent Execution & Autonomy: Selfstarter with a track record of working independently while still communicating clearly and executing on bigpicture brand direction.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional written English and digital communication skills with an understanding of tone audience nuance and storytelling in the design industry context.

Core responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development & Execution: Build and implement strategic social media plans that align with the luxury design and retail sales cycle including brand awareness new designer/product launches and showroom engagement.
  • CrossPlatform Content Creation: Lead content design and production across Meta Instagram LinkedIn X TikTok and other relevant platforms using advanced graphic design and video editing skills to create highimpact visual storytelling.
  • Social Media Lead Generation: Actively drive qualified traffic and inquiries by leveraging DM outreach Facebook groups Reddit threads and curated outreach initiatives to support the showroom sales funnel.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor interpret and report on platformspecific engagement growth and conversion metrics to measure ROI and support sales insights; optimize future campaigns based on performance.
  • Paid Ads Management: Design launch and optimize social media ad campaigns across key channels with a focus on audience targeting luxury product positioning and campaign iteration.
  • Trend Monitoring & Algorithm Adaptation: Stay current with evolving platform algorithms social trends and visual styles relevant to the luxury design world ensuring timely adjustments to strategy and content.
  • Community Growth & Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with influencers UGC creators and brandaligned collaborators to expand reach boost engagement and support product launches or seasonal pushes.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
