Job Summary:
The Brand Assistant will support the execution of brand strategies content creation social media management and marketing campaigns to strengthen the company s presence. This role requires a proactive creative and detailoriented individual with a passion for branding and marketing. The Brand Assistant will work closely with the Digital Marketer to ensure brand consistency audience engagement and effective communication across all channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Brand Development & Strategy Support
Assist in implementing brand strategies to maintain a consistent and compelling company image.
Help monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive.
Work with the team to enhance the brand s positioning and storytelling through various channels.
Assist in managing brand assets including logos product imagery and marketing materials.
- Content Creation & Social Media Management
Support in the creation of engaging content including social media posts blog articles and marketing materials.
Ensure the brand s voice and aesthetic are maintained across all digital platforms.
Assist in scheduling and publishing posts according to the content calendar.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments messages and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in curating usergenerated content and working with influencers to enhance brand engagement.
- Marketing & Campaign Execution
Assist in planning and executing brand marketing campaigns.
Support email marketing efforts including writing and scheduling newsletters.
Help track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics.
Coordinate with external partners including graphic designers photographers and agencies to develop marketing materials.
- PR & Communications Support
Assist in media outreach and liaise with journalists bloggers and influencers.
Help draft press releases brand statements and communication materials.
Maintain a database of media contacts and influencer partnerships.
- Event Planning & Brand Activation
Assist in organizing brandrelated events such as product launches popup shops and community engagements.
Support the planning and execution of PR activations and collaborations.
Coordinate logistics for brand events and ensure all materials are in place.
- Reporting & Performance Analysis
Monitor and track the effectiveness of branding efforts providing reports on engagement and growth.
Assist in gathering insights from analytics tools to refine strategies.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement based on performance data.
