Job Summary:
Under general direction of the Executive Team the Executive Assistant provides confidential secretarial and administrative assistance to the Executive Team and their staff. Working primarily with the Executive Team the Executive Assistant will help accomplish a variety of tasks while providing ancillary support to the leadership team as necessary.

Key Skills:
1.
Minimum 3 years experience as an administrative assistant
2.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to demonstrate a keen understanding of confidentiality and legal privilege as well as the ability to show initiative appropriately balanced by the exercise of excellent judgment sound discretion and tact in performing duties
3.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fastpaced changing environment
4.
Strong Microsoft Office skills: Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
5.
Proficiency in Zoom Teams and other meeting platforms
6.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to communicate with team members at all levels of an organization
7.
Adaptability to prioritize long task lists and meet deadlines with little direction in an often highly ambiguous environment
8.
Able to keep track of tasks to perform prioritize and complete them in a timely manner
9.
Ability to exercise utmost discretion and judgement when working with confidential information and documents
10.
Meticulous about accuracy incredibly organized and structured
11.
Selfmotivated and selforganized with a solid ability to multitask
12.
Able to alternate between tasks and follow up and complete them
13.
Proactive and proficient in organizing coordinating scheduling with attention to detail
Essential Functions:
1.
Manage and organize the Executive Team s email and respond as necessary
2.
Coordinate the Executive Team s calendar helping them stay organized and punctual
3.
Prepare reports correspondence and other documents
4.
Coordinate client meetings and travel arrangements
5.
Coordinate company meetings and events
6.
Draft review and send communications as directed
7.
Ensure timely response to requests including managing responses as required
8.
Serve as recording secretary for board meetings
9.
All other duties as assigned
