Location: Ballarat (Hybrid Several Days in Office Rest Work from Home)

Role Overview: In this hybrid role you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable PHPbased applications collaborating with our crossfunctional team to deliver quality solutions. You will spend several days a week working collaboratively in our Ballarat office with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain PHPbased applications and backend services.
Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate userfacing elements.
Write clean welldocumented and efficient code.
Troubleshoot test and maintain the core product software and databases.
Participate in the entire application lifecycle focusing on coding and debugging.
Optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Work with the team to develop best practices and improve overall development efficiency.
Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
24 years of experience as a PHP Developer.
Proficiency with PHP MySQL JavaScript HTML and CSS.
Experience with MVC frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
Familiarity with frontend technologies ( React or Angular is a plus).
Strong understanding of REST APIs and integrating thirdparty services.
Knowledge of version control tools particularly Git.
Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
