Job Description
A growing national law firm seeks an entrepreneurial and energetic Government Contracts Partner in its Washington DC office. The firm provides an exceptional collaborative practice environment a competitive compensation structure flexible billing rates and values an entrepreneurial approach to practice growth and development. Candidates should possess immediately portable business of at least $750K with a preference for $1.0 MM. The firm s Government Contracts team seeks a Candidate possessing extensive transactional experience including Joint Ventures midmarket M&A and SBArelated matters among other experience. Experience working with IP clients is also valued. The firm offers a hybrid inoffice policy a collegial and teamoriented environment and excellent crossmarketing opportunities. Candidate must be licensed to practice in the District of Columbia with license(s) to practice in Virginia and/or Maryland preferred.
