Sr Dynatrace SME

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dynatrace SME. You will be responsible for the seamless migration and configurations from Managed to SaaS environments using the Dynatrace Terraform Provider and Dynatrace Configuration Manager. Additionally you will handle the installation upgrade and reconfiguration of Dynatrace OneAgent to ensure it reports accurately to the SaaS tenant. You will also drive the adoption of Dynatrace across the organization and ensure a seamless transition from legacy tools to Dynatrace.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the adoption of Dynatrace across the organization by demonstrating its value and capabilities.
  
• Develop and execute a transition plan to move from legacy monitoring tools to Dynatrace.
  
• Ensure a seamless transition by coordinating with stakeholders providing training and addressing any concerns.
  
• Monitor the effectiveness of Dynatrace posttransition and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.
  
• Execute configuration migration from Managed to SaaS environments using Dynatrace Terraform Provider and Dynatrace Configuration Manager.
  
• Ensure all configurations are accurately transferred and operational in the SaaS environment.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process. Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth migration deployment and adoption processes.
  
• Document all processes configurations and changes made during the migration installation and transition phases.
  
• Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Dynatrace including configuration and management.
  
• Handson experience with Dynatrace Terraform Provider and Dynatrace Configuration Manager.
  
• Strong understanding of SaaS and Managed environments.
  
• Proficiency in installing upgrading and configuring Dynatrace OneAgent.
  
• Experience in driving adoption of new tools and technologies within an organization.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Ability to document processes and provide training to team members.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in Dynatrace or related technologies.
  
• Experience in a similar role within a technology solutions provider.
  
• Familiarity with other monitoring and configuration management tools.
