Oracle EBS R12 RICE DeveloperÂ

i360 has an immediate opening for R12 Oracle EBS RICE Developer to support an existing R12 Federal Financials shared service environment. The candidates should have at least 67 years experience in Oracle R12 financial applications and processes implementation. This project is onboarding now. 
  
Responsibilities: 

• Assist in supporting and implementing reports interfaces data conversions and enhancements in an R12 environment 
• Provide input design and review of overall strategy for conversion of legacy data onto shared service provider (SSP) Oracle EBusiness Suite applications system 
• Perform development using SQL PL/SQL R12 APIs and web services 
• Utilize R12 APIs to establish web services and support SOA architecture 
• Develop custom applications using Oracle APEX to complement Oracle EBS functionality and improve user experience 
• Apply AI/MLbased automation or predictive analysis for data validation defect detection or process improvement where applicable 
• Perform mapping design build test and deployment services in support of the data migration to the SSP 
• Support technical design of data conversion and extensions from legacy systems into Oracle EBS 
• Execute Unit Testing and/or System Integration Testing (SIT) and document results 
• Develop test scripts and training materials 
• Create technical documentation (data mapping TE040 etc.) for data conversions and application extensions 
• Provide triage support for data migration defects 
• Prepare work tasks estimates and schedules 
• Provide implementation and postimplementation support 
• Deliver knowledge transfer sessions to users and support personnel 
• Support the system and users after cutover to SSP 

  
Requirements: 

• 7 years of software development experience with specialization in Oracle R12 applications data conversions and application extensions 
• Strong experience developing with TOAD PL/SQL SQL load scripts UNIX scripts Personalization Interfaces Workflow XML Publisher R12 APIs and web services 
• Demonstrated experience with Oracle technology stack: 
  • PL/SQL Development 
  • Oracle Discoverer 
  • Oracle JDeveloper 
  • Oracle RDBMS 
  • R12 APIs and Web Services 
• Handson experience with Oracle APEX development for custom web apps and dashboards 
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in financial data analysis reporting automation or anomaly detection is a plus 
• Understanding of Oracle Applications table structures and APIs 
• Experience with configuration management tools and processes 
• Experience in documenting design code and testing 
• Experience in unit testing integration testing and code reviews 
• Experience with Oracle Financials Applications including AP AR CLM GL/SLA; FedAdmin experience is a plus 
• Experience in shared service provider (SSP) environments is a plus 
• Experience with the full project implementation lifecycle 
• Experience with serviceoriented architecture (SOA) and web services is a plus.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Systems or related field plus 7 years relevant experience (or equivalent combination) 
• Excellent customer service communication presentation and technical skills 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel 
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 
• Must be able to pass a federal background investigation 

Primary Location: Gaithersburg MD 
Work Week: MondayFriday 
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder (Must be able to clear a federal background investigation)

Salary Information
Salary is commensurate with experience ranging from $110000 $123000 (Maximum)
