Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing events from concept to execution.
- Coordinate venue selection and arrange all necessary logistics.
- Manage event registration and maintain guest lists.
- Communicate with vendors to secure services equipment and supplies.
- Prepare event schedules and ensure they are adhered to during the event.
- Assist with onsite event setup coordination and breakdown after events.
