Were looking for a seasoned Media Director to help lead and grow an exciting new media department within our integrated creative agency. This role is ideal for a strategic collaborative leader who can bridge creative ambition with smart scalable media thinking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal strategy and creative teams to develop media scenarios that support client budget approvals and campaign goals
- Collaborate closely with account and strategy teams to align media plans with client priorities and creative expectations
- Lead and mentor a media planner while playing a foundational role in shaping our media discipline and department structure
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior clients including CEOs and CMOs of Fortune 500 companies with clear communication and strong business acumen
Qualifications :
- 15 years of media experience in an agency setting
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and scaling departments
- Deep understanding of crosschannel media planning and performance metrics
- Confident working directly with executivelevel stakeholders and navigating complex client organizations
