Job Description

  • Onboarding new enterprise banking Customers and proactive relationship management Engagement.
  • Daily sales monitoring and reporting Track percentage conversion ratio Monitor proactive sales leads Monitor specified sales and cross sell target.
  • Dormant accounts reactivation.
  • Cross selling the banks products and services to existing customers.
  • Handling of customers complaint Improve customer experience and grow the banks share of wallet by proactively engaging the customer via telephone/email/web chat for more pocket share.

Qualifications :

  • First degree in any relevant discipline
  • ACCA or ACA or masters would be an added advantage.

Experience

  • At least 10 years experience is required in frontline banking Relationship Management Commercial banking and Business banker with products and services.

  • Experience with handling and organising large data. 

  • Proficiency in Excel. Understanding of banking products and services
