Job Description
As a Senior Manager Digital Transformation you will lead the planning execution and oversight of custom business system development and transformation projects. This role involves managing delivery teams and consultants working closely with client stakeholders to design build and maintain enterprise applications. You will be accountable for delivery governance quality outcomes client satisfaction and team performance.
You will also be involved in solutioning new workdriving discovery sessions effort estimation proposal development and participating in client oralsto support business growth and ensure feasibility of delivery.
Travel Requirements: India and international based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend delivery of IT application development and support engagements in alignment with client goals and delivery expectations.
- Manage large multidisciplinary teams of consultants and developers collaborating with client IT and business functions.
- Serve as the primary delivery lead and escalation point for project execution issue resolution and stakeholder management.
- Ensure robust planning status reporting risk mitigation and budget adherence across all phases of delivery.
- Support client digital transformation initiatives through process analysis application design and system integration.
- Leading new business opportunities by working on proposals as part of business development including discovery workshops solution architecture sizing estimation and development of detailed proposals.
- Participate in client presentations and orals to articulate solution approach delivery methodology and differentiation.
- Drive continuous improvement across tools methods and team capabilities to ensure quality and innovation in application services.
- Support currentstate assessments and recommend system and process enhancements to enable digital transformation.
- Manage project lifecycle activities from conceptualization to implementation and support by facilitating tracking coordinating and reporting project activities to meet business deadlines and complying with IT governance policies and processes
- Act as point of contact between the client vendor team other stakeholders involved in the project and manage daytoday project activities
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in managing complex application delivery projects and client relationships in IT consulting environments.
- Strong experience in solutioning new workcovering discovery requirement analysis estimation models and delivery planning.
- Support strategic and tactical initiatives to identify develop and extend client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to lead client conversations develop delivery strategies and contribute to winning proposals.
- Domain knowledge in banking financial services or supply chain is a strong advantage.
- Experienced in both greenfield implementations and modernization of existing applications and business processes.
- Support development of marketable points of view on business challenges including publications and thought leaderships
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience in IT services or consulting with significant exposure to clientfacing delivery roles.
- Hands on experience in requirements gathering for functionalities and design and integration between core systems and frontend applications/third party tools /network systems
- Deep understanding of application architecture software development lifecycle and delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Strong consulting skills with experience in stakeholder engagement business process design and system integration.
- Strong project management & business planning skills.
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with responsibility for overall client
relationship management during the project. - Demonstrated capability in scoping and estimating new projects and supporting business development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clientfacing roles including documentation proposals and presentations.
- Familiarity with CRM ERP AI/ML and other emerging technologies is a plus.
Preferred Background
- Prior experience at an IT consulting or services organization
- Handson exposure to endtoend IT application landscape and system integration
- Familiarity with Banking or Supply/Chain or ERP/CRM systems
- Education: B. Tech / MBA or equivalent
