Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the valuation and investment performance of real estate assets
Perform detailed financial analysis including discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis comparable company analysis (CCA)
Prepare investment reports presentations and summaries for senior management.
Monitor and analyze the financial performance of real estate assets identify trends and recommend strategies.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance with a focus on real estate valuation and modeling.
Proficiency in financial modeling techniques and tools including Excel Argus CoStar and Bloomberg.
