We are seeking a passionate and selfmotivated Manager of New Business Development to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of new business opportunities for Grantek. Reporting to the Director of Sales (verticalspecific) you will work closely with our Client Success team to support revenue generation across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
What Youll Do:
Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling our services.
Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications :
At least 57 years of experience in Sales or Account Management. Experience within automation Industry would be considered as an asset.
An individual with a postsecondary education in Engineering would be preferred.
Demonstrates skills critical for managerial success including leadership decisiveness flexibility sound judgment and highly developed analytical and critical skills.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills adept at establishing and nurturing client relationships.
