Job Description
1. Carry out preventive predictive and corrective maintenance electrical (panel electromotor)
2. Carry out preventive predictive and corrective maintenance instrumentation (level switch level transmitter
pressure switch pressure transmitter pressure gauge temperature gauge temperature transmitter PH sensor
flow meter)
3. Carry out preventive predictive and corrective maintenance air compressor and air dryer
4. Carry out preventive predictive and corrective maintenance pneumatic and motorized for shut off valve and
control valve
5. Carry out preventive predictive and corrective maintenance PLC & DCS control system
6. Provide a report to superiors (direct communication) if there is a problem that cannot be resolved within a certain time limit for the shift in accordance with applicable procedures.
7. Provide report regarding predictive and calibration activity
8. Work health and safety principles are controlled in normal shifts
9. Achieved targets according to work quality objectives
Qualifications :
1. Preferably education majoring in Instrumentation / Electrical
2. Have a minimum experience working in automation and Instrument in a palm oil processing
3. Having certificate of calibration is preferred
4. Able to use PLC Siemens GE Fanuc etc.
5. Familiar with electrical single line diagram schematic diagram PID diagram
