Job Description

Are you ready to lead a highperforming team and drive excellence in investment reporting and valuations Were looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Cardiffbased team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by shaping processes enhancing client service and ensuring regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio of investment products.

What youll be doing:

  • Leading and coaching a team to deliver accurate valuations and client reports
  • Overseeing the valuation of complex financial instruments and ensuring compliance with policies
  • Managing relationships with internal teams custodians and external valuation agents
  • Driving process improvements and automation to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborating with technology teams to improve reporting systems and data governance
  • Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client reports and regulatory disclosures
  • Supporting audit processes and contributing to strategic reporting initiatives
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement quality and risk mitigation

Qualifications :

Who were looking for:

  • Proven experience in investment reporting valuations or fund accounting
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring teams
  • Excellent understanding of financial instruments including fixed income and derivatives
  • Familiarity with fund structures such as QIAIF SICAV ICAV and ETFs
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with attention to detail
  • Effective communicator with experience managing stakeholder relationships
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as UCITS MiFID II and PPF
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools like Bloomberg FactSet or Power BI
