Job Description
Performing basic laboratory testing; preparing media; maintaining equipment; entering data with a basic understanding into theory
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility as appropriate
- Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
- Regular attendance and punctuality
- Perform basic laboratory techniques/analyses or prepare media based on job function
- Enter data into computer system
- Maintain/calibrate equipment
- Prepare and wash glassware
- Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
- Run autoclave and other equipment
- Receipt of consumables and lab stocking
- Clean incubator chambers
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
To perform this job successfully the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements below are representative of the knowledge skill or ability required.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some college science courses
- At least one year experience in bio/pharmaceutical laboratory
- Attention to detail
- able to do repetitive work
- read/follow written instructions
- organize/prioritize workload
- work with others
- perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- organized and logical thinking (i.e. intuitiveness deductive reasoning)

- function under medium stress level
Additional Information :
Position is fulltime working 8:00 AM4:00 PM MondayFriday some weekends and required overtime as needed. Candidates currently living within commutable distance to Lancaster PA are encouraged to apply.
