Job Description
This position will help identify required delivery and process improvements that drive increased efficiency throughput and quality. You will arrive at decisions on which methods and procedures are the best fit for different work situations. This role is onsite in Sanford NC.
POSTION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage own time and Prioritize own workflow.
- Responsible for maintaining laboratory compliance.
- Perform routine and nonroutine laboratory testing (Appearance pH Conductivity Concentration etc)
- Interpret and evaluate data in terms of accuracy precision trends and potential Good Manufacturing Practices also cGMP impact and recommends appropriate corrective action where necessary.
- Aid as necessary to maintain the function of the QC lab to include ordering materials inventory general housekeeping and other duties as necessary
- Operate in high regard integrity and efficiency to generate accurate and quality results with a customer focused mindset
- Utilize laboratory instruments and equipment in accordance to established procedures to include but not limited to appearance hoods pH meters conductivity meters Solo VPE Osmometers etc.
Qualifications :
BASIC MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field (Chemistry Biochemistry Pharmaceuticals etc.)
- At least 6 Months experience in a QC Laboratory
- Successful handson analytical testing experience in a Good Manufacturing Practices also cGMP environment
- Technical Skills Knowledge of laboratory equipment testing and technique
- Basic math skills and computer skills such as data entry along with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask across projects and activities
- Must be selfmotivated and work with minimal direction
- Ability to read communicate understanding and follow written procedures
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Demonstrate proficiency in computerized systems such as Laboratory Information Management System
Additional Information :
Position is Full Time WednesdaySaturday 7am7pm with the need for flexibility and potential to move to 4 Days/10 Hour Shifts .
