Operational & Administrative Support
- Support HRBPs with the implementation of programs related to organizational management performance talent development and change management
- Process personnel actions for employees contractors and interns
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance throughout all HR processes
- Act as a liaison across HRIS Payroll Compensation & Benefits and Expat Services
- Maintain and generate HR dashboards and reports
- Assist with annual HR cycles (performance compensation engagement)
- Manage HR projects from planning through execution
- Support Airbus Employee Awards and recognition programs
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee HRrelated inquiries
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for fulltime temp and intern staff
- Facilitate new hire orientations as needed
- Coordinate recruiting activities including job postings career fairs and outreach
- Support employee engagement and Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives
- Act as the primary contact for employee leave and returntowork processes
Other Duties
- Provide administrative support and coordination for other HR tasks as assigned
- Ensure compliance with HR policies standards and procedures
Qualifications :
Education
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of handson HR experience
- Experience managing complex employee relations or conflict situations
- Familiarity with HR systems and data processing
- Experience working in a global and/or matrixed organization preferred
- Aerospace or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
Certifications
- SHRMCP or PHR certification preferred
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong customer service orientation with a collaborative approach
- Ability to prioritize multitask and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problemsolving critical thinking and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of U.S. labor laws and regulations (e.g. FMLA FLSA COBRA)
- Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workday preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with GSuite and tools like Smartsheet/Data Studio is a plus
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and managing sensitive information with discretion
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Onsite: 60% Remote: 40%
- Must be able to sit stand walk and perform light lifting (up to 30 lbs) as needed
- Ability to operate standard office equipment and navigate production areas
- Occasional domestic travel required (up to 10%)
