Job Description
Fortune Brands Innovation parent company of Moen the #1 faucet brand in North America (along with other notable brands) is seeking a Creative Project Manager for its successful InHouse Creative Team.
The InHouse Creative Team is made up of wildlytalented graphic designers and a designeradjacent team who manage the workflow reporting and processes. Since 2019 the team has quickly established itself as a valuable resource to many arms of the business creating everything from packaging and pointofpurchase art to trade show graphics collateral and event theme/branding.
The Creative Project Manager will oversee multiple projects across different groups with the Creative X Team. You will be delegating tasks assigning resources creating and managing timelines routing artwork to stakeholders communicating feedback and ensuring the team has everything they need to complete the work. You will work crossfunctionally with various stakeholders for reviews and approvals. You will work in the project management and workflow tool (webbased platform Lytho). Must be extremely detailoriented have strong organizational and communication skills.
Creative Project Management is a new arm of Creative X and will need the Creative Project Manager to step in to build ideate and nurture its success. The Creative Project manager will have one direct report the Associate Creative Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Highly collaborative with strong verbal and written skills with a general knowledge and understanding of project management processes tools and technologies
- Extreme attention to detail and proactive nature to gather information and connect the dots between departments designers contractors vendors
- Must have ability to work independently prioritize projects and respond in a timely manner to questions feedback results etc.
- Offer thought leadership to solve business needs through smart management solutions
- Attend weekly project meetings with the larger project teams to communicate status updates and raise and maintain awareness of all project issues risks and roadblocks
- Effectively drive communication with internal teams and external vendors and educate and train on processes related to the offerings of the creative team
- Be a representative and point of contact for the creative team by explaining the ways of working with crossfunctional partners including the Marketing Product Content and Channel Teams. Manage expectations and build bridges across teams improving our ability to collaborate and reach our shared goals.
- Establish regular reporting functions to measure the success of the creative team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience required work with a creative team is a plus
- Expert knowledge of tools for operations and creative content such as Lytho Trello Asana Workfront Wrike Craft etc.
- An excellent fit for this role is someone that loves process optimization and implementation
- Ability to work in a highlycollaborative rapidly changing environment with tight timelines and multiple priorities
- Selfmotivated; able to work efficiently and independently with limited supervision
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills both written and verbal
- Hybrid opportunity in our Deerfield IL office (3 days in office 2 days remote)
- Proficiency with a Mac computer and OS strongly preferred
- Experience with Digital Asset Management systems is a plus
- Curious and collaborative mindset with the ability to foster teamwork at all levels of the organization

Additional Information:
Fortune Brands believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $80000 USD $126500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and location. In addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a rolebased sales incentive plan.
