Job Description

The Software Engineering Leader will oversee the delivery of highquality software manage engineering teams and ensure alignment with our R&D Product Strategy. This role involves establishing efficient development processes fostering a highperforming team culture and collaborating closely with Product and Program Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    • Lead and inspire software engineering teams to achieve high performance.
    • Foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  • Process Management:

    • Establish and refine development processes to ensure efficiency security and reliability.
    • Promote Agile concepts and DevSecOps principles.
    • Facilitate retrospectives and reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  • Project Management:

    • Collaborate with Product and Program Management to define requirements and scope.
    • Manage resource planning forecasting and development execution.
    • Ensure timely delivery of highquality software.
  • Quality Assurance:

    • Work with QA leaders to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
    • Drive the adoption of modern engineering practices including automated testing.
    • Identify and implement preventive actions to improve software quality.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Address escalations efficiently and ensure welldocumented software delivery.
    • Engage with support teams to identify and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications :

 

  • Essential:

    • University degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
    • Experience with agile development methodologies.
    • Proven experience leading globally distributed teams.
    • Strong decisionmaking and presentation skills.
    • Ability to inspire and lead people.
  • Desirable:

    • Understanding of target industries and domain product/technology offerings.
    • Experience interacting with customers and partners.
