We are seeking a detailoriented and experienced laboratory professional to support microbiological quality control and environmental monitoring activities in a GMPregulated setting. The ideal candidate will be adept in aseptic techniques and routine sampling procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform aseptic sampling and testing procedures including endotoxin and bioburden assays.
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring (EM) of classified cleanroom spaces.
- Collect water samples including from production and animal facility systems for microbial and chemical analysis.
- Perform clean steam and compressed gas sampling according to established protocols.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization including restocking supplies cleaning and applying 5S principles in the cold room.
- Accurately document all activities and results in compliance with cGMP and standard operating procedures.
- Support general laboratory duties and collaborate with crossfunctional teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Microbiology Biology or a related scientific discipline; or equivalent combination of education and relevant laboratory experience (24 years preferred).
- Proficient in standard microbiological techniques and aseptic laboratory practices.
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and laboratory compliance requirements strongly preferred.
- Prior experience working in a microbiology or quality control laboratory setting.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook) and comfortable with data analysis and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new techniques and technologies.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
- Capable of multitasking and managing workload in a fastpaced regulated environment.
- Effective critical thinking troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
- Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction or future sponsorship.
