We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Resort Operation to lead our exceptional property in Lebanon United States. As the Resort Manager you will oversee all aspects of our resort operations ensure outstanding guest experiences and drive business growth in this picturesque location.
- Oversee daily resort operations including front office housekeeping food and beverage and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Ensure the highest standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Create and maintain budgets financial reports and performance metrics
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies
- Plan and coordinate special events and activities that showcase local attractions
- Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with local and state regulations and industry standards
- Continuously improve resort facilities services and guest experiences
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and excellence
- Implement and maintain safety and security protocols for guests and staff
- Stay informed about industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance the resorts offerings
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel or resort management preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
- Proven track record in financial management and budgeting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in hospitality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the local hospitality industry regulations and standards
- Experience in marketing sales and revenue management
- Ability to make decisive decisions and solve complex problems
