In this role you will play a crucial part in shaping medical strategies providing expert guidance to healthcare professionals and leading scientific exchange with key opinion leaders. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support medical initiatives ensuring alignment with our broader business objectives while maintaining scientific integrity.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Represent the affiliates medical/scientific expertise in Oncology (Hematology & Solid Tumor).
Provide guidance and scientific exchange with key thought leaders and healthcare professionals.
Support medical affairs strategies and integrated brand plans in collaboration with crossfunctional teams.
Ensure the medical function is strategically aligned with business objectives while maintaining scientific independence.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain deep expertise in oncology through ongoing education and industry engagement.
Provide expert medical/scientific input on strategy communications and external scientific interactions.
Develop and maintain credible relationships with thought leaders and academic centers through congress participation and advisory boards.
Deliver scientific presentations and medical education programs to healthcare professionals.
Define and implement medical activities aligned with the integrated evidence plan.
Monitor and summarize key scientific developments and trends in oncology.
Plan and conduct internal training sessions and develop relevant educational materials.
EVIDENCE GENERATION:
Identify and prioritize evidence gaps and contribute to local evidence generation plans.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory approval processes for clinical research initiatives.
Oversee Phase IV studies postmarketing clinical activities and epidemiological surveys.
Partner with Affiliate Clinical Operations for study execution and governance compliance.
COMPLIANCE & STRATEGIC INPUT:
Review promotional material for scientific accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Provide medical insights into marketing strategies and key commercial initiatives.
Monitor competitive intelligence and market trends in oncology.
Ensure full adherence to all national regulations industry codes of conduct and company policies.
ACCOUNTABILITY & SCOPE:
Support the development and execution of strategic medical affairs plans for oncology.
Lead efficient implementation of local medical initiatives.
Act as a scientific resource for healthcare professionals institutions and key stakeholders.
