Job Description
Lead endtoend project delivery while enforcing project governance frameworks and standards.
Set up and manage project governance structures: steering committees reporting cadences decision logs and escalation paths.
Develop project documentation including charters schedules RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) and status reports.
Ensure adherence to internal compliance requirements financial controls and regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR ISO SOX etc.).
Drive stakeholder alignment by preparing governance packs and leading governance forums.
Collaborate closely with PMO finance legal and compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting and controls.
Track KPIs budget adherence and milestones; flag deviations and drive corrective actions.
Support audits and postimplementation reviews by maintaining clear and uptodate documentation.
Promote best practices in project governance across the organization.
Qualifications :
Proven experience (5 years) in project management with a strong track record of managing project governance.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 PMI/PMP Agile with governance overlays).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels including executive leadership.
Familiarity with governance frameworks internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Confluence ServiceNow PPM or similar).
Strong analytical risk management and documentation skills.
Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field. Project Management certification is a plus (PMP PRINCE2 etc.).
Nice to Have:
Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. finance healthcare public sector).
Knowledge of change management practices.
Experience working with PMO or setting up governance structures from scratch.
