Job Description

  • Lead endtoend project delivery while enforcing project governance frameworks and standards.

  • Set up and manage project governance structures: steering committees reporting cadences decision logs and escalation paths.

  • Develop project documentation including charters schedules RAID logs (Risks Assumptions Issues Dependencies) and status reports.

  • Ensure adherence to internal compliance requirements financial controls and regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR ISO SOX etc.).

  • Drive stakeholder alignment by preparing governance packs and leading governance forums.

  • Collaborate closely with PMO finance legal and compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting and controls.

  • Track KPIs budget adherence and milestones; flag deviations and drive corrective actions.

  • Support audits and postimplementation reviews by maintaining clear and uptodate documentation.

  • Promote best practices in project governance across the organization.


Qualifications :

  • Proven experience (5 years) in project management with a strong track record of managing project governance.

  • Solid understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2 PMI/PMP Agile with governance overlays).

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels including executive leadership.

  • Familiarity with governance frameworks internal controls and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project JIRA Confluence ServiceNow PPM or similar).

  • Strong analytical risk management and documentation skills.

  • Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field. Project Management certification is a plus (PMP PRINCE2 etc.).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in regulated industries (e.g. finance healthcare public sector).

  • Knowledge of change management practices.

  • Experience working with PMO or setting up governance structures from scratch.
