- Support local customers on incidents received through SMT (ticketing system)
- Support local customers who walkin and make sure a ticket is logged in ITPS DASH
- Deployment of BD accessories from stock
- Accessories Charging: ensure cost recharging for issued BD accessories.
- ITFM: Installation and deployment of computers (new orders/replacements/repairs) based on instructions received from the ITFM country responsible
- ITFM: Ensure CMDB is updated whenever a computer is taken out of stock or back in
- Participate in the monthly spotcheck conducted by the local ITFM country responsible
- Deployment of mobile phones based on instructions received from the mobility country responsible
- Support on handson infrastructure related activities (example: replacement of access points/ switches/printers/ consumables)
- Any other duties as assign by the IT Management
Qualifications :
Your competencies and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT related field
- 12 years experience in an IT related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
