Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead and inspire our Supply Chain Team in Lucca.
This role is ideal for a collaborative leader who thrives in a fastpaced environment and is passionate about building strong highperforming teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing endtoend supply chain operations with a strong focus on fostering a culture of accountability continuous improvement and open communication.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are essential as this role requires close coordination with crossfunctional departments suppliers and stakeholders. We value leaders who can motivate others resolve conflicts with empathy and drive results through positive influence and strategic thinking.

Qualifications :
Essential
- Educated to degree level or with appropriate workplace experience/qualification
- Experience with and sound knowledge of manufacturing supplychain and Lean methodology
- Strong data analysis and ERP subject matter expert
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven presentation skills including use of common tools such as Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable
- APICs certified
- Lean certified and/or 6 Sigma green belt trained
Personal Specification:

- Experience in leading and motivating factory based teams
- Leading regional/global cross functional teams
- Excellent relationship management with the ability to work collaboratively
- The ability to think strategically and translate the strategy into operational
