Asset Administrator – Leasing House

The Asset Administrator will be responsible for the administrative tasks associated with the acquisition leasing and tracking of analysis instruments. This role is crucial in ensuring the effective management of assets to maximize their value and performance for our labs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquisition Support: Assist in the procurement process of analysis instruments ensuring timely and costeffective acquisition.
• Leasing Administration: Manage the leasing process including contract preparation execution and renewal.
• Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all leased instruments including their location status and usage.
• Documentation Management: Ensure all documentation related to asset acquisition leasing and tracking is maintained centrally and is easily accessible.
• Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Client Support: Provide administrative support to labs regarding assetrelated inquiries and issues.
• Data Entry and Reporting: Enter and update asset information in the asset management system and generate regular reports on asset status and performance.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Asset Manager and other team members to ensure seamless asset management operations

Qualifications :

• Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in asset administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and asset management software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
