THE TYPE OF LEADER THAT OUR TRACTORTRAILER REPAIR SHOP NEEDS
- 3 years experience working in a trailer shop
- 2 years of experience as a trailer shop supervisor
- Experience using Fullbay software is preferred
- Experience in a supervisory role within a trailer shop or similar
- Proficiency in trailer repairs and maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to upholding company standards of quality and safety
