General Description (Summary Scope Purpose)

HUB LAOC is looking for fulltime apprentices to join our team. If youre a selfmotivated individual with a strong interest in having a successful career we encourage you to apply. We accept applicants from LA County.

This inperson apprenticeship program requires you to commit to working 40 hours per week for 10 weeks. You will become a regular HUB employee for this apprenticeship period and will be allowed to participate in all HUB benefits.

Successful completion of the apprenticeship would pave the way for you to obtain a Property & Casualty License and secure a fulltime position with HUB International the 5th largest Insurance Brokerage in the world.

Requirements

• College Graduates Final Year College Students with an expected graduation date before June 2025 and Veterans seeking a new career opportunity.

• College Graduates/Undergraduates Preferred area of study includes but not limited to Risk Management & Insurance Marketing Communications General Business Management Economics & Finance.

• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States for U.S Employment opportunities. We will require proof of work authorization.

• If selected for the HUB Apprenticeship Program apprentices will execute the companys nondisclosure agreement which requires among other things postemployment obligations relating to nonsolicitation confidentiality and non disclosure.

Timeline

• Applicants may apply by submitting their resumes through the HUB Career Portal under the job positing titled Apprentice HUB LAOC (July 2025)

• Resumes will be accepted starting from March 2025 through May 15th 2025.

• Initial Screening : Applicant with the required skills & qualifications will be notified to take a work style assessment (administered by Culture Index) as part of the initial screening process.

• Final Screening : Candidates selected from the initial screening will be scheduled to meet with a Selection Panel from the HUB Management Team. Final selection of apprentices to participate in the program will be notified no later than 05/31/2025.

• Grow with HUB Summer 2025 Apprenticeship Program will commence on Monday July 7th 2025.

*The expected hourly rate for this position is $18.00/hour to $19.00/hour and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
