IT Project Manager
Job requirements
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in project planning and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing endtoend IT projects creating and maintaining detailed project plans tracking milestones and communicating status updates effectively using tools like Jira/ Azure Devops MS Project PowerPoint and Excel.
- Lead the planning and implementation of IT projects across various domains.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project Jira or similar tools
- Track project deliverables timelines and milestones.
- Prepare project presentations and status reports using PowerPoint.
- Perform data analysis and reporting using Excel to support project decisionmaking.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams stakeholders and vendors to ensure project alignment and ontime delivery.
- Identify project risks and issues and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage changes to the project scope schedule and costs using appropriate change control processes.
- Ensure adherence to company project management methodologies and standards.
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on planning and execution.
- Solid understanding of project management life cycle and best practices (Agile or Waterfall).
- Strong communication organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience in stakeholder management and executive reporting.
- Familiarity with JIRA Confluence or other project tracking tools.
- Experience with IT infrastructure or software development projects.
