Job Description

The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources Manager at our HUB Financial Services (HFS) call center operation based in the Las Colinas area of Irving TX. This is an ideal position for someone seeking a firm foundation for a career in HR and a desire to learn the different facets of HR. With a focus on recruiting this position delivers one of the most impactful HR functions for the business. The HR Generalist is also responsible for the completion of transactional HR items with a mixture of special projects and direct support of employees and coordination with shared services to ensure a superb professional employee experience while also gaining experience to broader HR responsibilities. The HR Generalist is an exciting new addition to our 7person Texas field HR team.

BENEFITS

All fulltime employees working 30 hours a week are eligible for benefits. Benefits are effective the first of the month following their first 30 days.
