Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Sales Manager for our Busy Dealerships!

We need a person who is focused on building and leading a team of salespeople to hit sales objectives while maximizing gross motivate their teams to generate leads build client relationships set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts and provide outstanding customer service. The most successful candidates develop a thorough understanding of the products and services they sell are masters at relationship building and can win clients customers and profits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in training sales staff in all aspects of customer service effective communication CSI work organization and time management.
  • Act as a role model for the Sales Associates in all aspects of motivation organization customer service sales and CSI
  • Motivate the sales staff to provide consistent value for the dealerships customer.
  • Monitor sales team daily productivityandgive feedback and formulate plans for improvement!
  • Monitor sales team interaction with customers during sale drive and telephone for effectiveness.
  • Assist in forecasting goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.
  • Attend manager meetings and conduct sales meetings as directed.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Assist in motivating training and developing employees.
  • Assist in maintaining manufacturer (CSI)Customer Satisfaction Index at or above the specified goal(s) in Sales for district regional and national scores.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication are required.
  • Must be able to manage in a fastpacedwork environment.
  • Must be able to manage a team motivate and develop.
  • Experience with CDKor other automotive software is a plus.
  • Must have three plus years in an Automotive Sales Department
  • Organized and friendly personality
  • Professional wellgroomed personal appearance
  • Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
  • Able to work with little supervision.
  • Must have a valid Drivers License
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license
  • Must be able to pass preemployment screening (background & drug test)
