We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and assisting with front desk duties. This position requires excellent communication skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members
Maintain office supplies and inventory
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing data entry and photocopying
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in an office environment preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
