Plant Manager

What Youll Be Doing
- Oversee daily operations of the fly ash recycling plant to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage and develop plant staff fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to meet production and delivery targets.
- Implement and monitor quality control processes to maintain product standards.
- Analyze operational data to optimize plant performance and reduce costs.
