As Team Lead EDI Customer Integration you will spearhead the establishment and management of a new team focussing on implementing Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Customer Integrations efficiently and effectively. The role involves leading a dynamic team using agile methodologies to achieve highimpact results in a short timeframe.

• Leading in a matrix organization youll have responsibility for direct reports external contractors and dotted lines
• Ensure the team is equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment that encourages innovation and a culture of learning and development within the team
• Organize your team to deliver EDI customer integrations in timescope and budget
• Oversee planning execution and delivery and provide guidance and support in EDI proejcts and technologies
• Implement agile methodologies to optimize throughput and continuously improve delivery performance
• Ensure operational excellence in collaboration with the Application Support Team
• Build and maintain a global network with internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving skills.
• Experience in managing complex projects using agile methodologies.
• Solid understanding of EDI systems and integration processes familiarity with relevant systems and tools.
• Entrepreneurial mindset you are curious and willing to learn you take responsibility. Youre aiming to deliver together with your team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills fluent English mandatory German is an advantage
