The Role 12 Month Contract Role
The role of Merchandise Manager is to enable our vision by leading engaging and inspiring high performing teams to deliver the Merchandise strategy and to maximise national business performance
Reporting into the Brand Manager the Merchandise Manager will be responsible for our Australian market for the Cotton On brands.
- Build and driveculture that provides direction and purpose which challenges and inspires others
- Develop teams with diverse skills that enables high performance and that builds an internal talent pipeline for future succession
- Lead the team to execute the Merchandise strategy and partner with key business stakeholders to deliver Group initiatives
- Collaborateand partner crossfunctionally to problem solve issues deliver business goals and improve experiences for the team and our customer
- Present trade insights and impact product assortment through regular customer insights along with seasonal and geographical feedback to key stakeholders
- Embed customer excellence while delivering on business profitability through clear direction commercial decision making and operational excellence
