- Fulltime role Mon to Friday 6am 2pm
- Based in Perth WA
- No Weekends or Public holidays

The Position:
- Plan supervise and monitor the food production and menubased catering in this premium airline lounge located at Melbourne Airport
- Responsible for stock control budgets rostering & staff management
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene safety infection control and cleanliness in accordance with Compass standards
- Deliver to our client and customers high expectations of a premium experience
- Establish strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure best price and quality of produce
- Monitor stock and minimize food wastage
- Lead train and mentor team members
The Person:
- Minimum Cert. III Commercial Cookery
- Solid leadership experience in a Head Chef role or similar
- Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
- Passionate about healthy and nutritious food finesse in plating knowing that presentation matters
- Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce
- Strong financial acumen relevant to labour and cost control
- A highly structured and organised approach managing multiple tasks simultaneously
