Job Description
Plan direct and coordinate technical product development and management cross department collaboration strategic positioning and customer satisfaction operations at the highest level of management for a company in the softwaredefined storage solutions industry. Plan develop and modify technical corporate goals policies strategies systems processes and programs. Define technical longterm strategy and positioning. Determine general system designs and technical direction ensuring that the systems meet our business needs and adhere to industry standards. Develop and direct implementation of Roadmap for Product development projects and programs. Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept through launch. Direct the software development teams to define product requirements prioritize features and ensure timely and highquality product releases using working knowledge of the following tools: Azure Cloud Native Services C# C Elastic Search SQL PowerBI Salesforce SaaS Hybrid Cloud and OnPremise delivery models. Direct and / or coordinate activities of departments concerned with software development product development and management auditing testing and delivery sales and customer satisfaction to ensure alignment and smooth operation. Plan develop and direct implementation of technical operations systems and programs to build a culture that inspires experimentation and enables making sound technical and engineering decisions. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators to make informed decisions and guide strategic planning. Develop and implement policies standards and procedures for engineering and technical work.
Must have a Masters Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or Information Technology and 3 years of experience in executive or managerial positions dealing with development or delivery of IT services or solutions for companies in the softwaredefined storage solutions industry and the listed tools.
