An ordinary day might look like:
You will arrive with a clear knowledge of all ongoing projects and their level of priority.
You will determine the most effective use of your time and available resources to deliver on your commitments.
You will work with other engineering team members to optimize solutions with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.
You will evaluate alternative components in various applications for suitability durability and quality.
You will propose test methods execute testing and document results.
You will prototype new product solutions using a combination of rapid prototyping inhouse fabrication equipment and thirdparty sources.
Skills and Qualifications
High School Diploma Required
Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
Basic knowledge of combustion theory
Experience as a burner technician or start up technician strongly preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint. CAD Experience a plus
Ability to solve technical problems independently and within a team environment
Good communication skills
Willingness to travel as needed up to 10%
