Job Description
Responsibilities
As a Remote Debt Specialist you will:
- Acquire new customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead handling
- Engage with clients from our internal database using phone email and SMS
- Analyze client financial situation to help them determine the best debt relief strategy
- Assistcustomers by gathering information on their financial situation and presenting possible solutions including enrollment into our program through a consultative sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and performance goals
- 1 years of experience in debt resolution or financial services
- Strong business acumen and communication skills (verbal and written)
- A competitive energetic and selfmotivated mindset
- Empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while contributing to a team
- Competitive base salary starting at $31200 annually commission
